In this area of the building, there are elements that need to be inspected. In the external walls, external cladding and the lentils, we are generally looking for integrity, paint protective coating and evidence of missing damp course or flashings. Doors and windows are inspected looking at flashings, moldings and sills. Inspection upstairs, balcony, verandas, patios and decks are undertaken if present. In these areas, we are looking for structural integrity, looseness and any safety issues to handrails and balustrading (if there is a fall more than one or more meter).
