Building Inspections

In the interior of the building, each room is inspected and evaluated in accord with its use. Generally, we are looking at ceilings, walls, floor, windows, doors and frames, insect screens, beams, cupboards, and robes. In wet areas, we would be looking at bench tops, cupboards, sink, taps, tiles, and drainage. In toilets and bathrooms, we look at the cistern and pan, bidet if present, taps, tiles, shower, vanity, washbasins, tubs, and cabinets. We also check the ventilation in bathrooms, toilets, Ensuite and laundry.
