We provide this by:

 

  1. Sending TWO inspectors to every building and pest inspection. A qualified and dedicated building inspector with extensive experience in the building industry and a specialist Pest Inspector who works in the pest control industry on a daily basis.

  2. We have state of the art equipment that detect the presence of moisture, termites and other pests. This thermal imaging equipment provides information about what is happening behind walls that we can’t see.

  3. With TWO inspectors on site you get a very thorough inspection of the property. You don’t need to book two companies to achieve the same result. Also, some competitors are builders who have obtained a pest control license who have never worked in the pest control industry. That low level of experience is never going to match a Pest Inspector working daily in the industry.

  4. We email the building and pest inspection report the same day as the inspection.
